Arriving at Hare Chevrolet this afternoon, my husband and I both knew we would be buying today. Unsure what I wanted since my Chevrolet Impala just got totaled, I was really unsure where to start. Before arriving, my husband and I both agreed on a monthly payment budget we could afford. Once we arrived, we walked by a few employees standing out front of the dealership and headed towards the new Chevrolet sedans. After a few minutes passed, we were greeted by a handsome salesman who politely asked if we had been helped yet. Since, no one had approached us until now we said no and he immediately started to assist us and answer any questions we had on the Chevrolet sedans on the lot. My husband is a retired GM employee, and wanting to use his GM discount we asked plenty of questions on GM discounts on the vehicles and Darrell answered each question and then some. Since already purchasing 3 cars at Hare Chevrolet prior to today, we had a good impression on how great of deal you receive when purchasing from your dealership. All of the other salesmen that helped us out with our previous purchases were good but, leaving today my husband and I were so impressed by Darrell and his assistant Melissa that I even called an hour after leaving in my brand new Malibu thanking them again. Both Darrell and Melissa were very knowledgeable on the Chevrolet Malibu and gave great customer service on explaining the Malibu's technology and describing what each part does for the vehicle. Melissa explained every detail there was inside and outside of my new 2013 Chevrolet Malibu and I couldn't be happier. I knew nothing about how the entertainment display system worked or the Bluetooth and Melissa showed and explained it perfectly. I could tell she really loves Chevrolet Malibu's and has done her research on them. She even offered to send me videos on the entertainment system to review instead of having to read my manual. I thought that was pretty clever, because I am a visual learner where I know the videos will help me out a lot more than reading the manual. In addition to making my car buying experience perfect and smooth, they also made me feel excited about my decision to go with a Malibu instead of a impala like my old one that got totaled. I can't say it enough on how happy I am with my new Malibu and I cannot say thank you enough to Darrell and Melissa for making my day! Also, I wanted to mention how friendly and enjoyable our finance manger, Theo, was with signing us up. He made a few funny jokes that made my husband and I feel more at ease before finally signing up. Thank you again Darrell, Melissa and Theo all three of you were fantastic and I will be back for my next car buying experience and will come see only Darrell and Melissa to purchase because they were GREAT!! Everyone in the market for a vehicle need to go buy from Darrell and Melissa because you will no regret it!! More

I was really wanting to get a Camaro and I saw a few online I was interested in. I came in and Moose was able to get me into one I didn't even see online but was so excited it was available !!! Called a couple of days ahead about a specific van and asked the assistant for someone to call me if it sold, but when we got there it had sold the night before and we hadn't heard anything. I was origina asked the assistant for someone to call me if it sold, but when we got there it had sold the night before and we hadn't heard anything. I was originally upset, but in hindsight I should have called to see if it was still available. I was going to leave right then, but I'm very glad I didn't! We found another van they had just received as a trade-in that met our qualifications EXACTLY---actually it met our qualifications more than the original van we came to look at. Because we had come to look at a different vehicle that we weren't told was sold, they were very willing to negotiate a good price. We got everything taken care of---got a good amount for our trade-in by the way--and then we went to pick up our kids. That's where the real ordeal started. We had an hour drive home, so we wanted to let the kids use the DVD system. We popped in a movie and....it didn't turn on! It might sound awful, but having 4 young children and doing a lot of traveling the DVD system is a must. The salesman we worked with, Jeff Mosbaugh, knew that when we were searching. But we just never tested the DVD player! Since we bought the van used and it had a certain number of miles on it, we bought it "As Is." I was worried we were out of luck to fix it ourselves. That night I emailed the salesman Jeff and then called him the next morning. By the time I called him he was already working on a solution for us. One of the techs lives in our town, so they were arranging for him to come look at it. Fast Forward--the ended up giving us a loaner van and taking care of all costs until the DVD system in the van was fixed. Even the tech that came to our house twice seemed to bend over backwards to provide the greatest customer service. I'm usually apprehensive about new car dealers, but Hare made themselves a place I will want to return to. Thanks for the great service!! More
