I went into Hare looking for a specific car, which they had. I wasn't sure how the financing would go, as I am rebuilding my credit, so I was sent to Travis, who handles special finance situations. This past week I was contacted by Hare who knew my wishes and desires through previous discussions and this led me to trading my 'Show Car Camaro' for another, newer Camaro that had my specifics. It was bitter sweet to let go of something that I worked so hard for to make it a car show vehicle but Hare and its advisors took all this into consideration and gave me a deal I could not refuse and would have been a fool to have done so. I know no place but Hare would have taken care of me the way that they did and I know that Reneau Simpson who gets to know his clients in detail, knew exactly what I wanted and said from the get go that he would do everything to take care of me, and get me the deal that I'll be happy with as we did before. Once I was ready and made my own decision, they went right to work. They got me a great price and awesome payments. The signing was a breeze and a great experience yet. And while I was signing they all went washed and prepared my vehicle and delivered it immaculately too me on my departure and made me feel so happy I did what I set out to do. They got me the the Jeep I wanted and the best service with a smile. They even filled my tank for the trip home. Only a few days they delivered the most wonderful goodies from a local bakery to my door..I don't know too many dealerships that will do something this thoughtful!! Hare Chevrolet cares!!
