I came in with my daughter looking for a reliable used vehicle for her first car. I was leary about even going because I have been to many dealerships before "just looking" and have either gotten pushy sa vehicle for her first car. So I had my guard up when Darrell Lee came up to us smiling as we got out of my vehicle. Upon explaining to him our purpose for being there, he immediately took us into his office and began asking questions so that he could find out what type of vehicle we would qualify for. He was very friendly and treated us with respect. While it did take a little while to get the paperwork going and numbers crunched, he kept us in the loop often. He didn't just leave us there waiting. He introduced us to his assistant, Melissa Barnhart, who sat with us and had a friendly chat while waiting for Darrell to return. She also was very attentive and answered every question we had. She was very knowledgeable about the business. She offered us water several times and made sure we were comfortable. We were able to test drive two cars, with each my daughter and myself both having the chance to drive them. After much talking and consideration, Darrell had come up with a great plan for both my daughter and I to leave with a new vehicle. Getting a new car for myself was not what I had expected when we left to go car shopping for my daughter that morning but I'm so glad we decided to stop at Hare. In the end I got a better deal than with the older car I was already paying on. I now know my daughter has a dependable vehicle to drive and I also have a newer, safer vehicle than what I drove in there that morning. When it came to signing the paperwork, Theo Elston was the best person I could have asked for. He took his time and explained everything he could and if he wasn't sure he found someone who was. I was very appreciative of that! They all eased my mind so much that day on such a big decision! More

This was the best dealership I have ever worked with. Todd worked super hard on getting me out of my old car (which I was upside down on) into a brand new car that I love!!
