Purchased a new 2013 Camaro.... I love it! I had shopped around for just the perfect car for me! Finally, after 2 years of shopping around, I stopped in Hare Chevrolet to look at 'the one.' The entire process from the time I set foot on the lot to the time I had some minor detail things fixed after I purchased the car, has been a great experience. Tim Best helped us and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase and he resolved quickly any issues we had. He was very knowledgable on all the bells and whistles that my car featured (btw, love the OnStar iphone app). I could not have been more pleased with this dealership, their customer service, and our sales associate.The only thing that could have been better was the manufacturers rebates and the value of a GM discount, would have like to seen more value on those (at no fault to Hare). When they move to Hare Chevrolet more than 4 years ago , I knew that my next car would be a Chevy ! I traded in my Red Chrysler 300 that I had for 5 years for a 2013 Chevy Equinox. I miss my 300 as we had a lot of history however I LOVE my new Equinox. I was and continue to be completely impressed with Hare Chevrolet. The people that I came in contact with are some of the nicest and most down to earth. There is a true "family" atmosphere when you are in the dealership. In my opinion, excellent service is when you go above and beyond and Theo definitely set the bar. After purchase, he did not just send me out the door with a farewell greeting. He took a picture of me and my new found joy, then took the time to show me all the ins and outs of my new car, and how to find the information on how to set up specific settings according to my preference. I was so pleased with my experience, and I can see why they are the largest Chevrolet dealership in Indiana.
