Why I rated Hare Chevrolet as I did was because my experience with Hare went beyond expectations. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership not know by my family. I was apprehensive about purchasing a car through a large dealership, so I contacted several before choosing to visit Hare. Hare specialists were always helpful and friendly when answering questions via e-mail or chat through the website. Sandy Cole also kept in touch with my in a very positive and no-pressure manner, which made choosing Hare as my dealership very easy. Sandy was also very helpful throughout the process of scheduling my appointment. The atmosphere of the dealership was friendly and I can't say enough positive things about Jeff Mosbaugh. He treated me as the intelligent, adult that I am, while at the same time was as personable to me as if I were a member of his family. He provided many options for me and was continually flexible as he helped me to investigate the best car option for me. I felt comfortable the entire time and never felt like I was being pressured into buying something that I didn't want or something that was out of my price range. The final deal Jeff and Vince helped to arrange for me was so workable within my budget and included many additional care-taking features that will provide a sense of well being as I continue driving my car.
