Hare Chevrolet told me on the phone that I was pre approved. I drove a hour to get to the dealership only to find I was rejected for the auto loan even though the website says guaranteed approval. T approved. I drove a hour to get to the dealership only to find I was rejected for the auto loan even though the website says guaranteed approval. They also advertise they will give the buyer $2000 more for their trade in. I was offered $2000 less than what another dealership offered me two days prior. If a dealership is going to advertise pre approval, guaranteed approval and more for their trade in, they should honor those statements. Instead, I wasted time and money. I think this dealership needs to be turned into the BBB for false advertisement. The salesman was extremely friendly. He tried his best to help. I do not feel it was his fault. Hare Chevrolet needs to re evaluate their advertising gimmicks! More

Checked on Hare`s website and found what we wanted. Went to dealer where we met Dave Whittaker. He was very nice and made us feel comfortable. At no time did we feel any pressure to buy. Started dealing and we had a monthly payment limit that we needed to stay close too. Dave and Bob Goodwin understood that and got us as close as they could to make us feel comfortable. Upon coming to an agreement, we then went to see Mike Tallman and we purchased an extended warranty from him. Again, Mike made us feel very comfortable. We were able to purchase our 2010 GMC Acadia and drive away that same day. They even put a bow on it when they delivered it for pictures! My wife loved that! Also talked to Jessica Stophel before we left and to Natalie Spink when we first arrived and everyone was great. I believe there is truly a difference between this dealership and others I have been to. We will return and recommend others to visit. all in all, a pleasant buying experience. More
