We had been told previously that the negative equity on our van would keep us from purchasing a new car with a reasonable monthly payment. Reneau told us not to worry. I have to say that Reneau jumped through hoops to help us get our new equinox. He want way above and beyond to help us. We had some financial issues that had to be solved prior to our purchase and my 2005 get our new equinox. He want way above and beyond to help us. We had some financial issues that had to be solved prior to our purchase and my 2005 equinox had the transmission go out so Reneau was willing to keep it on the lot for almost 3 months so that we could trade it in on a new one. I called Reneau frequently because I was worried that when we were ready to purchase an Equinox, the one I wanted would not be on the lot. Well, I wanted one in a champaign metallic color and Reneau searched 350 mile radius and there were none to be found. I looked on the lot and did find a white one that I fell in love with and it had everything that I wanted on it. Reneau worked it out that I could put a down payment on it and the dealership would mark the vehicle sold and hold it until we could get our financing. Finally, February 28, 2013 all of the paperwork fell into place and we picked up our 2013 Equinox. In a few months, my husband will be looking for a vehicle and we will return to Hare to work with Reneau again. He is truly an asset to your organization. Thank you Reneau! More
