Ahmed Yossef greeted us shortly after we arrived. He did not come across as pushy, but welcomed us to the dealership and offered to help us find a vehicle matching our needs. Ahmed did not waste our time trying to encourage us to look at vehicles outside of the price range we specified. He found a few vehicles matching our criteria and quickly had us ready for our test drive. After we took the vehicle for our own test drive, my wife and I wanted to experience the ride and see how much leg space was available as a passenger, so Ahmed gladly served as our driver for a second test drive. Ahmed shared his opinion and answered our questions. He also shared the Car Fax information, before we even asked, and explained the information that was available. We discussed the financial options and he worked to get us a very good deal. We did a lot of online shopping and feel that we got the best vehicle for the price. Our wait for the financial person to conclude the deal was a little long, but the dealership was very busy. During our wait, the financial person did introduce himself to us and let us know he was working to get the best deal for us. He explained all the financial information thoroughly. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful. I would be glad to work with Ahmed again for future purchases and recommend him to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. More
