We worked with Todd Kirkpatrick and Mike Tallman and will gladly refer others to do the same. Trust me, we've felt the pain of dealing with other dealerships: from the sales folks tackling us before we've even existed our vehcile to having to rip up paperwork halfway through closing the deal due to last minute changes at the finance manager's end that bumped the deal up several thousands of dollars - You know the drill, "oh there must have been a miscommunication at the sales manager's end, blah blah" (not that we are bitter for losing hours on this nonsense in the past or anything..lol) I digress. Anyway, you get none of that slight of the hand stuff with the HARE team! Hare's folks respect their customer's time and they care about their reputation. They listen and understand the customer who sais: (Here's what I am looking for, this is the budget I have to work with; so what's your "out the door" price, meaning tax, docs etc included), and they give you what you ask for if they can, period. Love it!! No dog and pony show, just a straight forward business transaction. Great job Todd and Mike!!! You have sold us on your customer service and won our loyalty for years to come. More

It is about a 45min to 1 hr drive for us from Pittsboro to Noblesville. We will make this trip every time to deal with the great people of Hare Chevrolet! I cam into the office on Saturday, February 2, 2013. I was meant by Reneau as soon as I got of my car. I was a time setup for 12:15PM but was able to come in earlier then that. As luck has it, I was setup to be working with Reneau for that day. I came in with the intent to buy a used or new car, more so a used car. After hearing what offers Hare Chevy had, I decided to go with a new car. The only car that was on the lot that I was in the range that I was looking for was the Chevy Cruze. Reneau tried every trick in the book to get my down payment to be as close to 0 as I walked in with no money in pocket. I spent about 3 hours working with Reneau and the lenders trying to get the best deal. The lenders where not up for it with a Co-Signer. I left at 1pm making phone calls to get one. I end up finding one that would help. I called Reneau back and he was more then welcome to have me come back so we can work on the sale of the car. When I got there, he was with another client, which was already scheduled. Given that he did not know how long that transaction was going to take, he got me setup to work with Alan. Alan took the bull by the horns an ran. With out any questions, the paperwork was processed and approved by the lenders. I ended up driving away that night at 7PM with a brand new 2013 Chevy Cruze. I never taught that would happen. With Reneau and Alan, anything is possible. They will find a way for you to get what you want in the price range you are looking for. No matter if it is 9AM or closing time, they will work to make sure you are happy. I want to give the biggest thank you to both Reneau and Alan for working as hard has they did to get me in a new car. With out a doubt, these two gentlemen are the best guys that I have had the pleasure of working with and look forward to working with them once again. More

When I called in and started speaking with Harold,I really did not think anything could be done with me and my credit situation,but to my surprise Harold worked some kind of magic that I really believ really did not think anything could be done with me and my credit situation,but to my surprise Harold worked some kind of magic that I really believed in my heart could not be done,and he said let me see what I can do and I'll call you back and within 10 minutes he called and told me after quite a few turndowns,his diligence paid off and he found someone to give me a chance.i then told him what kinda car I was looking for and not only did he find me a nice car,he found a super sport which was ten times nicer than the base model,had only 28,000 miles and got me a price that was very good and I really thought it was a dream and definitely to good to be true,but it wasn't. We were happy with Jon's service. We came in hoping to buy a 2012 Equinox because of the incentives offered on remaining 2012's. He spent a long time trying to help us find the vehicle we wanted. We selected a vehicle and were starting the paperwork when the other dealer decided they didn't want to do a trade. Thus, we had to start all over. Jon was very patient with us, and spent a lot of time going through the vehicles on the lot to help us make a good decision about which one to buy. We could tell from his interaction with us (we were there for almost 5 hours!) and with other customers who passed by, that he actually cares about people and their decisions and isn't just trying to make a sale. We will likely contact him again when the time comes to purchase another vehicle. More
