We stopped by Hare on a whim to see what the trade-in value on our 2008 Saturn Outlook would be. As we waited for the appraisal, we took a look around the lot at both new and used vehicles. After about 15 minutes or so we were given a very fair offer on our trade and decided we'd like to look further into several of the vehicles on the lot. David was very helpful throughout this process, never seeming pushy, or trying to "sell" us. We ultimately decided on a 2013 Chevy Traverse and couldn't be happier with our purchase. David and the rest of the staff were very friendly, helpful and understanding that we were crunched for time, expedient with the process. I took my Trailblazer in for service on December 22, 2012 for maintenance and a tune-up. During the course of the vehicle being serviced it was reccommended that I get a new belt installed due to the detora for maintenance and a tune-up. During the course of the vehicle being serviced it was reccommended that I get a new belt installed due to the detoration of the existing belt. I agreed to the work being done. Now one month later I am having a new belt installed and a belt tensioner installed by another Chevy dealership because Hare Chevrolet installed the incorrect belt. The cost for this work was not cheap and all because a wrong belt was installed. I will not be using Hare Cheverlot again. Though they are close to my home, there are plenty of other Chevy dealers in the Indianapolis area. More

Returned to purchase because of previous sales experience with Wayne Gainey. Excellent person to deal with. Did have a few issues with body shop on some work that they did on our pervious car but this was u with Wayne Gainey. Excellent person to deal with.
