With my husband newly diagnosed with terminal cancer, we wanted to find a new vehicle. One with comfort, heated seats and worry free of repairs. Looked at a couple dealerships close to home, being October, 2012s were slim and 2013s just coming out. We were told at one dealership we would need to order and it would be 6 weeks -- time was limited and car shopping wasnt really in the schedule. At first we thought we would want a Traverse; however did not like the gas mileage - sat in one and the seat headrest was not comfortable. Liked the mileage of the Equinox, sat in one, reviewed options ----- our son lives in the Indy area and said he would check around. We had a Dr appointment in Indy and when done with our appointment our son advised there was a 2012 Equinox we could look at on our way home. So we stopped at Hare Chevy and thats when we met Theo --- was friendly, warm and caring. Joked around, created a relaxed conversation without being too personal but getting business done at the same time. Had the 2012 Equinox ready for a test drive and off we went --- all was good - had the major options we wanted plus a few extras that I kind of thought I might like. Well he made the transaction so smooth. It was like we became family!! With giving him my email with the ok we could communicate easily by email he sent a nice email asking if any questions. AND BEST, Theo helped find a couple discounts, one while in we were in hisoffice and another one he offered and handled thru email. We were able to pick up our new vehicle a couple days earlier then originally planned and Theo was there smiling and had the car detailed and ready. He helped get the vehicle set up for the what I needed to get acquainted with my new chariot to drive on down the road comfortably. We have had our new vehicle several weeks now and enjoy it more each day. While we were dealing with a tough time, Theo fixed us up with a comfortable vehicle for my husband, without alot of whooplah while getting me everything I thought would be awesome with a new vehicle PLUS helping us reduce the price. I cannot believe I am driving a 2011 SUV! Lucas listened to me and turned my bad luck around! I just finished with a bankruptcy and I thought getting a new vehicle was going to be impossible, but my car had to me and turned my bad luck around! Ahmed met us (my family) at the door. We had other errands to run as well. It was after 7pm when we arrived back at the dealership. Ahmed was outside waiting for us this time. It was very cold out that evening, so we decided to drive around looking at cars instead of walking. Ahmed told us to give him a wave when we found something. We did find exactly the car we were looking for. Ahmed got the keys and sent us out on a test drive. The dealership closes at 8pm and we were pushing 730. He was more than happy to stay as long as needed to accommidate our needs. Needless to say, we purchased that car and are very happy with it. Ahmed made the experience very nice for us. He showed our kids the playroom, offered drinks and popcorn and made us feel very comfortable. We didnt finish writing up the deal til after 830pm and Ahmed was happy to do it. The next day we were able to secure financing and informed Ahmed. He had the car detailed and it was waiting for us when we arrived. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that it took a very long time to get into the business office to finalize the deal. I also did not get a full tank of gas, in fact, it was below a quarter tank when we drove it off the lot. Trivial problems for sure, easily fixable. Overall, our experience with Ahmed and Hare as a whole, was very pleasant. Oh and we think we got a GREAT deal! More

I went in to Hare Chevorlet in May 2012. I was a little apprehensive about going to get a car, because I didn't want to pay too much, and I also didn't want to have high monthly payments.
