My Husband, Bruce and I (Debbie) first met with Shawn Messenger on 9/17/12. Right off, he was very patient and listened to what I wanted. We have been driving a vehicle that I felt like we were pushed i Messenger on 9/17/12. Right off, he was very patient and listened to what I wanted. We have been driving a vehicle that I felt like we were pushed into buying about 3 years ago. I have never liked the vehicle and was hoping to be able to get a different, newer vehicle. We test drove a Chevrolet Traverse (which unfortunately was out of our price range)first then we test drove a a Dodge Nitro. Shawn let us take this vehicle home for the night, since it was past closing and we kept it the next day until we got off work at 5:00. We then came back on 9/18/12 and unfortunately were not able to work the payments out on the Nitro, so Shawn had a Black Mitsubishi Endeavor waiting for us to test drive. We drove it and I really did not care for it. Shawn was very patient and let us look at another Dodge Nitro that was more of a basic model. On the way off the lot, we stopped and started looking at other vehicles. Let's just say that I am very picky when it comes to what I want in a vehicle. The basic Dodge Nitro just didn't have all that I wanted. I started looking at the other Mitsubishi Endeavors and saw a silver one. We test drove that one and liked it. When we finished with the test drive we explained to Shawn that we noticed some issues with the vehicle that needed to be checked out. The molding around the windshield on the driver's side was pulled apart and there was air coming in, the vehicle was slightly pulling to the left and we really wanted a hitch on the vehicle and were willing to pay for it. Shawn was more than happy to make sure that the vehicle was checked out and fixed. We received the vehicle back on 9/26/12. To be honest we are taking the vehicle back tomorrow 9/29 again, because the molding around the windshield is still loose. As far as the service we received from Shawn, he did a great job. He listened to what we wanted and provided us a vehicle that fit our budget and fit our needs and wants. More

Whenever we are ready for another car, we will definately go to Hare Chevrolet. We knew what we wanted when we went there. We test drove one car and told them what we wanted to spend a month.
