I loved my current vehicle so much and had been to numerous other dealers but just couldn't find or commit to replacing it but new it was tim easier. I didn't trade in my Vibe but kept it as a 2nd car for my daughters family(which they needed badly). Chris Clark only spoke to me for maybe 10 minutes and was able to take me right to exactly what was a perfect fit for my needs a 2007 Uplander LT which only had very low miles of 33,300. I purchased a new vehicle from Rufus and a trainee named Chuck on July 24,2012. I don't know his last name but was told it was only his second day at Hare, but he had been a car salesman before. I was very pleased with Rufus, he was very friendly and worked with me on the trade in price for my old vehicle. He answered all my questions and my Dad's questions as well. Chuck, on the other hand was a different story. My Father was with me to help me. My Dad asked questions as well, as previously mentioned. The color I wanted (ice blue Cruze) was not available that day, so I put a $500 hold deposit for one to be picked up from somewhere else. I realized I didn't have a copy of the credit card receipt for the $500 hold deposit and my Dad and I went back in to ask for a copy of the receipt and I overheard Chuck making fun of my Father for asking questions and writing things down. I did not appreciate this at all. I thought this was very unprofessional and very rude, to talk about a customer like that and at that point in time, the sale was not even complete. My Dad was trying to protect to me,and any father should have been able to figure that out. I am giving an excellent rating on this survey because I do not want my disappointment with Chuck to hurt Rufus' score. I absolutely love my beautiful new car! More
