I'd been looking for a specific type of vehicle - 9 passenger conversion van - and couldn't find any in my home region of chicagoland. That gets bonus points - instead of trying to keep the sale for herself, she sent me to the right person. So I worked with Chris over the phone to get a reasonable trade in value, reasonable deal on the new van, and we worked through some odd scheduling for me to drive the 3 hours to pick it up.
