I'd been looking for a specific type of vehicle - 9 passenger conversion van - and couldn't find any in my home region of chicagoland. I found my new van on autotrader, submitted my contact info, and within 5 minutes had 2 emails and a phone call from a woman, who immediately referred me to Chris once she heard what I was looking at. That gets bonus points - instead of trying to keep the sale for herself, she sent me to the right person. So I worked with Chris over the phone to get a reasonable trade in value, reasonable deal on the new van, and we worked through some odd scheduling for me to drive the 3 hours to pick it up. I couldn't be happier with the new van, and it'll serve my family well for years to come. More
