He has not only treated me with respect and care, but also does something I haven’t experienced before in a vehicle purchase. He is vested in the life of the vehicle. He has personally walked my vehicle in for service and introduced me as a valued customer to that department. After the sale, you are not just a statistic of a vehicle sold, you are part of the hare family and more importantly, part of Wayne's. I consider him a friend more than a business acquaintance. I needed a new car immediately and Hare was there! I was in a Brand new car before I knew it :) my sales lady was excellent. She handled all my requirement over the phone. Great professionalism goes along way and it was displayed while i was there looking for my new Malibu. Honestly i didn't think we were able to afford a new care even better get out of the GMC Envoy that was while i was there looking for my new Malibu. Reneau Simpson was probably the most personable salesman that i have encountered and he made sure we were going to get in a Malibu because a was content to wait until the end of the year or next spring. I received a phone call from Reneau and he said "what time are you coming to pick up your car" i said what???? really and then he gave me all the particulars/details and i was sold.
