Great professionalism goes along way and it was displayed while i was there looking for my new Malibu. Honestly i didn't think we were able to afford a new care even better get out of the GMC Envoy that was while i was there looking for my new Malibu. Reneau Simpson was probably the most personable salesman that i have encountered and he made sure we were going to get in a Malibu because a was content to wait until the end of the year or next spring. I received a phone call from Reneau and he said "what time are you coming to pick up your car" i said what???? really and then he gave me all the particulars/details and i was sold. I bought a vehicle at Hare approx 4 mths ago. It broke down 2 days after buying and has been nothing but issues ever since. When I called Hare the day after I bought I was basically told too bad. I went down 2 days after buying and has been nothing but issues ever since. When I called Hare the day after I bought I was basically told too bad. I went back in today to see if we could come to some kind of compromise on trading in on another vehicle and the only thing they were interested in was trying to get me to buy a new vehicle with a $500 a month payment! That is not even something that I had remotely discussed with the sales lady and never had any intent on doing that. So basically, they knowingly sold me a piece of junk and at the time they were all about how "solid" of a vehicle it was but now they won't stand behind it. I am extremely disappointed thinking I had finally found the one dealership that actually valued their customers.....still searching for that dealership. More

Wayne has worked with my family for long time. He was not upset when I was looking at another dealership. He even was trying to get me a better deal than the other dealership. He even came in early one morning when I was planning to go to another dealership with my check to have me test drive several, and I do mean several cars. He even showed me crash photos of the car I had been planning to buying. This made me rethink the safety of car I was going to purchase. He told me he would sell the car to me if I really wanted it, he just wanted me to make sure I had chosen the safest car for my two children and myself. Last night I became the owner of a brand new Chevy Cruze this is my first car that I have purchased on my own. I worked with Jon Ugen who was not only very helpful but took really good care of me.
