I WENT INTO THE DEALERSHIP FEELING DOWN AND HOPELESS...MY VEHICLE HAD JUST BEEN TAKIN FROM ME...I NEEDED TO GET TO WORK AND PICK UP MY CHILDREN..WHEN I FIRST GOT THERE LUCAS DURAN GREETED ME WITH A SMILE AND VEHICLE HAD JUST BEEN TAKIN FROM ME...I NEEDED TO GET TO WORK AND PICK UP MY CHILDREN..WHEN I FIRST GOT THERE LUCAS DURAN GREETED ME WITH A SMILE AND LET ME KNOW THAT HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME...WITH ALL THAT HAD BEEN GOING ON I FELT AS IF I HAD NOTHING LEFT TO GIVE...LUCAS WORKED WITH ME...HE WORKED HARD WITH THE BANKS AND HIS TEAM TO MAKE SURE THAT I LEFT WITH A SMILE ON MY FACE. AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT I DID...NOT ONLY DID HE GIVE ME SEVERAL CHOICES OF GREAT CARS..HE GOT ME IN MY DREAM CAR...A 2010 MALIBU..AND I AM SO HAPPY...I COULD NOT STOP SMILING...WORDS CAN NOT EXPLAIN HOW I FEEL RIGHT NOW AND HOW GREATFUL I AM TO HAVE MET AND WORKED WITH A PERSON LIKE LUCAS...HE TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO ME AND HE LOOKED OUT FOR MY BEST INTERST...I COULD NOT THANK HIM ENOUGH...MY FAMILY AND I ARE SO VERY THANKFUL FOR HIS SERVICES...I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE...AS I WRITE THIS REVIEW WITH THE BIGGEST SMILE ON MY FACE...AGAIN I CANT THANK HIM ENOUGH... Wayne has worked with my family for long time. He was not upset when I was looking at another dealership. He even was trying to get me a better deal than the other dealership. Even when I comepletly changed my mind on what I wanted after looking at finances, he was right there with me helping me find those cars. He even came in early one morning when I was planning to go to another dealership with my check to have me test drive several, and I do mean several cars. He even showed me crash photos of the car I had been planning to buying. This made me rethink the safety of car I was going to purchase. He told me he would sell the car to me if I really wanted it, he just wanted me to make sure I had chosen the safest car for my two children and myself. I bought a vehicle at Hare approx 4 mths ago. It broke down 2 days after buying and has been nothing but issues ever since. When I called Hare the day after I bought I was basically told too bad. I went back in today to see if we could come to some kind of compromise on trading in on another vehicle and the only thing they were interested in was trying to get me to buy a new vehicle with a $500 a month payment! That is not even something that I had remotely discussed with the sales lady and never had any intent on doing that. So basically, they knowingly sold me a piece of junk and at the time they were all about how "solid" of a vehicle it was but now they won't stand behind it. I am extremely disappointed thinking I had finally found the one dealership that actually valued their customers.....still searching for that dealership. More

Jeff Mosbaugh was extremely fabulous! I am forever thankful for his assistance and patience with my car-buying experience. I am plagued with high debt from student loans, but I work in home health and thankful for his assistance and patience with my car-buying experience. Jeff worked with me, and with the assistance of the financial team, was able to get me into a loan with a low interest rate!Ok, so this may not mean much to others, but to me, it was a deal breaker!
