I'M SO GLAD I FOUND "HARE CHEVORLET" ON THE INTERNET VIA "CARGURUS!!!! First of all, the salesperson I worked with, Doug Edmundson, WAS SPECTACULAR!, AWESOME!, FANTASTIC!, and NOTHING SHORT OF INTERNET VIA "CARGURUS!!!! First of all, the salesperson I worked with, Doug Edmundson, WAS SPECTACULAR!, AWESOME!, FANTASTIC!, and NOTHING SHORT OF BEING THE COOLEST SALESPERSON I'VE EVER RAN INTO OR HAD TO DEAL WITH IN MY LIFE!!!!!!! Doug was truly a professional, and I can't believe this guy took time off the sales floor to even go with me and my mother and DIDN'T "tell" us where the BMV was located in Noblesville, they guy actually got in the vehicle we were interested in and taking a "test drive" in, the guy actually got in the back seat and rode with us to the BMV!!!!!!! GOOD THING HE DID TOO!.......THE BMV IN NOBLESVILLE HAD MOVED!!!!! Further, to show what a "good guy" and AWESOME SALESPERSON Doug is, he actually stayed with us at the BMV while we took care of business!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!.......NOW WHERE ARE YOU GOING TO FIND A "ANY" SALESPERSON THAT WILL DO THAT???? Neither me nor my mother felt pressured to make a purchase, although I knew exactly which vehicle I was interested in when I arrived at Hare. Doug located the vehicle, allowed us to drive it home to Indianapolis, keep it overnight, and return it the next day!!!! My mother who ultimately had to purchase the vehicle, has Dementia and early stages of Alzheimer's, getting around is NOT the easiest thing for her to do these days but that didn't seem to matter to Doug! He was VERY PLEASANT to BOTH me and my mother, he totally acted as if he understood what I was going through dealing with my mother, but Doug took as much time as was needed to explain EVERYTHING to us. I TRULY BELIEVE DOUG CAN "WALK ON WATER" AND SPLIT THE OCEAN JUST LIKE MOSES DID IN THE TEN COMMANDMENTS!!!!!! TOTALLY AWESOME SALESPERSON TO DEAL WITH!!!!!! The latter is especially true considering our credit (my mother's that is!) was not the worst but it was not the best either, but Doug managed some how to get us financed, but I'm sure that was NO easy feat so my hat goes off to "Francis Seidl" too the Finance Manager at Hare!!!!!! GETTING US FINANCED WAS NOT AN EASY FEAT BUT "DOUG" AND "FRANCIS" GOT IT DONE!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!! MY MOTHER IS NOW THE PROUD OWNER OF A "HARE USED VEHICLE"!!!!! :) If you EVER need or are looking for a vehicle (NEW or USED!) do yourself a HUGE FAVOR!........Go to Hare Chevy FIRST! Once there, insist on speaking with "Doug Edmundson", if he has the day off = come back! If he is not in, ask when he will be in and COME BACK!!!! "Mr. Edmundson" will "do ya right" and you'll truly have dealt with one of the most OUTSTANDING and PROFESSIONAL SALESPERSON EVER!!!!!! TRUST ME!!!!!! I'm NOT easy to impress but Mr. Edmundson is TRULY REMARKABLE and just practically knocked me off my feet with his "SINCERITY", "HONESTY", and "PATIENCE"!!!!!! Doug Edmundson at Hare Chevrolet is definitely well worth making a trip to Hare Chevrolet to buy a vehicle and when you go INSIST ON DEALING WITH NO ELSE BUT "DOUG EDMUNDSON"!!!!! NOT that the other salesperson at Hare are not any good but in my humble opinion Doug Edmundson is a "cut above"!!!!! :) If Doug can't get ya financed, then buddy you probably won't be getting a car from ANYONE!!!!!!!! WHY waste your hard earned $$$$ at a dealership where the salespeople are "pushy", have their own agenda, or act like they are more interested in their commission check than they are in helping you get THE BEST DEAL for your money? Hands down the BEST experience I have ever had in purchasing a car! Our sales guy, Alan Greene was great, he listened to what we wanted and he worked hard with the sales manager and we walked out of purchasing a car! Even before we drove the car off the lot he sat in the vehicle with us and guided us through the different features of our vehicle. We have never had that experience before. I just wish I knew more people in Indiana to tell them about Hare and the great deal we got on our Chevy Traverse :).
