When we came in, we were very up front about what we wanted and Chris Parker never tried to get us to change our mind. I was in search of a used car to lower my payments and get a more dependable vehicle. I met with Alan and he took all my information and my daughter and I had sat in the play waiting area which makes time go by so much better with a small child. Alan gave me the bad news that he was unable to finance me into a used vehicle but was able to get me into a brand new 2012 with my same payment.
