We chose Hare Chevrolet because of a previous car-buying experience with Vince Gainey at another dealership. He gave us great service and treated us fairly, so we were drawn to Hare Chevrolet when we decide experience with Vince Gainey at another dealership. We had also been intrigued with the new Chevy Cruze and decided to see how it would compare to the Cavalier we were currently driving. We were wanting to stay with a smaller car because of the fuel advantage. We called Vince, after scanning your inventory online and he had the 1LT Cruze that we had chosen, ready and waiting for us when we arrived to inspect it. It had the Convenience package that we wanted and was in showroom condition. He explained the new features to us and answered any questions that we had. He handed us the key and told us to have a nice drive. Did we ever! That drive sold us,for it was smooth and yet pepppy. The exterior and interior colors were just what we wanted. We thank Vince for accommodating all our needs and desires. He understood that a new car buy is a big deal for us and made it very special. My Mother and I decided to drive to Noblesville despite the fact that it was most definitely completely out of our way. I'd already worked with a couple other dealers in my area that were the epitome of r the fact that it was most definitely completely out of our way. When we drove up Jon Ugen just happened to be outside, he greeted us and shook our hand, asked who we were there to see and escorted us inside. Upon checking in and not having been assigned to a representative at that time, Jon took us under his wing. To say that I was frustrated upon showing up was an understatement, I was upside down on a vehicle that kept quitting on me. It'd been to a dealership time and time again and no one could figure out what was wrong with it. I explained everything quite honestly and in detail, and Jon did the same for us. He let us know what was possible, what wasn't possible, and what our best options would be. At some point during the conversation tears were near streaming down my face as I was quite upset, I thought I was doomed to stay in a van that failed to work. However the good folks at Hare made it happen and got us a payment that wouldn't break the bank either. We felt like the only people that were being helped while we were there despite the fact that they were incredibly busy. It's the first time that I've ever visited a dealership and not felt like I was taken advantage of. Kudos to Hare, especially to Jon, and the wonderful staff and team. We had been looking for a vehicle for a few months and was not sure of what make/model or who to buy it from. A few of the dealers we met were pushy or was way overpriced for something they had nothing in was not sure of what make/model or who to buy it from. I found Hare Chevy by one of their vehicles listed for a really great price. It was late that night when I sent them an inquiry. By the next morning I had an email and a phone call. They were curtious and thorough with their questions. They had a general idea what I wanted and what price range. I'm a person that asks alot of questions and requires accurate answers. Not I will get back with you. Lindsey sent me a list of possible prospects. I research them and had more questions. When I called back I got Rich and he was able to continue were I had left off the day before and answer all my questions. After talking to my husband I called back and got Sandy. Again she was able to keep up with my questions and make sure we were scheduled for an appointment. They made sure that every time I spoke with someone my calls were documented and they were knowledgeable enough to answer everything I asked. We live over an hour away from the dealership so we were apprehensive about showing up to get turned away or not having what we want. They not only had everything we wanted but was honest about it. We were helped as soon as we walked in and even as we were leaving. Our Salesman Dave Whittaker was in his A game. He showed me several SUVs was not shy about being honest. He made sure that the vehicle we had chosen was looked over, fluids filled, tires checked, and detailed. We were given a tour of the facility and introduced to different services and people. All of which were more than willing to stop a moment and take time to talk to us. We were excited/apprehensive about going there but within a few hours we are now loyal customers. We will be looking forward to doing more business with them in the future. More
