Brian was very helpful with my selection of cars and was up front and honest in regards to what cars would work along with was the payement was going to be. Brian was very helpful and kept in contact after the purchase was made. The car that I purchased had a couple of scratches on the car that I noticed after I had washed the car, I texted Brians person cell phone telling him about it. I went in the next day and he set up for a person to re-paint the scratches for me with a free rental car. He also allowed me to take the car home before purchasing for an over night test drive. This is one of the best dealerships that I have ever purchased from an amazing exoeriance with over the top customer service from all staff members. My wife and I were looking to trade in my 2001 Santa Fe (124,000 miles) for something newer and more reliable. We were coming in to test drive a car we viewed on the Hare Chevrolet website. Unfortunately, the car was sold earlier that morning. Wayne immediately determined what I was looking for in a car and very quickly found me a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt. My wife and I took it for a test drive and immediately knew it was the car for us. I was looking to trade in my car and Wayne took the time to explain why my car didn't meet the qualifications for the "up to $4,000.00 more than my car was worth". Bob Goodman worked very closely w/ us on getting the best deal we could. I am rating the price as "(4) Good" because my wife and I were looking at a car payment of <$200.00 per month and, unfortunately, didn't quite get there. However, we were still pleased w/ the payment. We were very impressed w/ the dealership and everyone we met that day. They further trusted us to deliver the old car in the next day or two, allowing my wife to drive home with her new car. I've purchased many cars in my 52 years, and must say that this was the most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had.
