My husband and I drove an hour to get to this dealership because they claim to be a dealer for the people. The salesman we were paired with was very helpful however he was unavailable for a phone call the d because they claim to be a dealer for the people. My husband spoke with a manager explained our situation to him then was placed on hold for 40 minutes then hung up on. I called the next day to address the issue and we were promised a return call and I have yet to hear anything in return. This dealer also has a page on their website that explains what to expect and not to expect as a veteran. My husband and myself are both veterans and did not see any of the things that were promised on this site. We don't want any recognition as veterans we just want an answer. We are sick of being strung along. If you cant work out a deal just say "I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do at this time." How difficult is that? More

I had heard several commercials on the radio about Hare Chevrolet and the current deals they were having. I had shopped around at other dealers with no success and a bit of frustration in finding a deal wo Chevrolet and the current deals they were having. I was in Noblesville on Saturday December 18th 2011 and decided to swing by Hare to check out some of their options. I currently had a Ford F-150 that only seated three. I have a two year old daughter with another one on the way, so it was time to trade in for more seating capacity. after about ten minutes of roaming around the lot, Reneau Simpson approached me and my wife. He was very friendly and actually listened to what I was looking for (vehicle type and price range). He never tried to up sell me or try to sell me something that I really didn't need. He provided me with plenty of information about every vehicle I was interested in. He was very patient and after browsing the entire lot for options (old and new), we found a couple of vehicles which I test drove that had the room we needed and a price I could afford. I was able to trade in my old vehicle which paid off my current loan and provided a good down payment on the new one. With Reneau's help, I left Hare that day with a slightly used 2011 Dodge Nitro without any out of pocket expense. My monthly payment stayed the same,set up a great maintenance program that Hare currently offered, and was given a total coverage warranty for 4 years. No other dealer could come close. I am 100% pleased with the Reneau and the overall experience. I will definitely be returning in the future. More
