I was and extremely difficult customer because I really had no interest in giving up my old car although I really had no choice but to. Not only did Chris help me secure financing, when I been deemed "imp had no interest in giving up my old car although I really had no choice but to. Not only did Chris help me secure financing, when I been deemed "impossible to finance" by at least 10 other dealerships, he searched until I found something that I would be okay leaving my old car behind for. He had patience with me through the tears (I literally bawled my entire time at the dealership) and took pictures of me with my old car before I had to say goodbye. Then he got me into a wonderful car that I am certain I will love just as much. He was so much like a friend, not a salesperson, which I truly appreciate. I was blessed to get to work with him.
