Although the offer given on each vehicle was very low both times i was knowledgeable of the value of my trade ins and stayed with what i felt was a fair value. The point i want to make is do your home work on your vehicle before going to a dealership and be willing to spend time working with them. The time spent each time was about four to five hours each. The visit on 11-19-11 was handled by two persons. The salesman was very professional and so was the business manager. yes I would recommend this dealership. More

I came in the dealership not really knowing if I wanted to purchase another vehicle at the time. I was looking around to buy an SUV and Brian Eybel was my salesman. I found it refreshing to have have "no pressure sales" attitude. He listened to my needs and showed me different vehichles that were in my price range. It was getting late on a Friday evening which was a Holiday at that. He let me take the vehichle to test for the entire weekend and told me to just come back on Monday evening as Saturdays are very busy at the dealership. I had a couple special requests to help me determine if I wanted to do the deal or not. He worked hard with me to make sure I was comfortable with my payment. I asked if a spare key could be made and they went above and beyond and made me another key with a remote. My overall experience was hassle free which made it easy for me to say yes to the possibility of purchasing my new vehichle. After all, according to Brian... I deserved it!!
