I had a bad experience initially after buying my new vehicle. But once the problem reached the proper people, it was solved very quickly and they were very understanding. Judy did a great job listening vehicle. But once the problem reached the proper people, it was solved very quickly and they were very understanding. Judy did a great job listening to why I was upset, and keeping me informed. She really got things moving in the right direction and resolved quickly. And Dan was wonderful also. We were just about to leave when we couldn't get the vehicle we wanted for our price range, when Dan stopped us, took some time to talk with us, take a look at our papers, and he made it happen. Between the 2 of them, I felt like they really cared about our experience, and did their best to correct it. More

Mark and Michelle are truly the best salespeople that I have ever worked with. They actually paid attention to my wants and needs and they were so helpful in helping me achieve the results that I WANTED an have ever worked with.
