I came into the dealership to get an appraisal on my 2001 Ford Escape. The people there were so nice and professional without all of that "catch and bait" stuff most sales people do. I went to Hare because I heard about the cash for clunker deal. Turns out what was advertised is not really what happens at the dealer. This is the only thing I was upset with. You don't really get 4,000 for a car that does not run. You get more like $200. That aside, I was very happy with Doug Edmundson, which is who talked me into buying my perfect first new car. He was a wonderful, friendly, very informative salesman. I would recommend him to anyone I know. He did all he could do to make this happen for me and he did not let me down. He did not beat around the bush when it came to selling me a car. I asked the questions and he gave me the TRUE answers. Normally car places lose a lot of business because they bold face lie just to get you to buy a car. Doug was not that person and this is why he got my business. If it were not for Doug I would not have leased the car. I am very happy with the lease all and all. I just wish that I could have gotten money for my junker car that did not run like the radio advertised. More
