We had broused at several dealerships for a vehicle that we might purchase in the near future. Once we intereacted with Lucas Duran and experienced his professional and dedicated help, we decided that day t we might purchase in the near future. Lucas was patient and took all the time needed to see that we were very satisfied with the SUV that we purchased and the car that we traded in. Perhaps more importantly, the patience and dedication he has shown since we bought the Eqinox has meant the most. I have called him for several questions about all the new bells and whistles that I have not been used to and he couldn't be more helpful. He has told me many times to feel free to come to the dealership and he will go over all the options. Chris also will work for the guest to get the best possible deal, I know he works for the dealership but he truly has the guest in mind when it comes to the experience. If I owned the dealership I would have 50 Chris's working at the dealership and sale like crazy. I live on the southwest side of Indy and have spent the last eight months looking for a dealership that I could trust and had the right attitude. Noblesville is about 40 minutes from my house so like I said I have done a lot of looking. I intially just stopped to look at a vehicle that I saw on the internet. I was very up front about my situation and the fact that I was not looking for a new vehicle and still owed a little on my current vehicle. This at most places chased the salesman off so when Steve Salerno(salesman) was completely unphased by this I thought I could be at the right place. When my wife didn't like the vehicle that we came to see and Steve had several others options that all fit with my plan instead of trying to talk or force me into something out of my price range I knew that I had found the dealership and the salesman that I would be buying from in the future. The dealership, service & price all exceeded expectations. I will be purchasing many more vehicles from this location and salesman in the future to come.
