My wife and I were ready to purchase a new vehicle at Hare Chevrolet. When we arrived, we met Steve Salerno and he sat us down to go over what we were looking for. We were nervous trying to go through th Hare Chevrolet. When we arrived, we met Steve Salerno and he sat us down to go over what we were looking for. We were nervous trying to go through this with our 7 and 3 year old girls but Steve was very patient and brought the girls some popcorn. Steve and his manager Tony Leak went the extra mile trying to find a vehicle that met our requirements. Unfortunately we were not able to purchase a vehicle at this time, though through no fault of Steve and Tony's efforts. Dan & Wayne Gainey listened to our reasons for visiting Hare Cheveolet, what our desires were and the price range that we would be looking at. They let us know that if they did not have an auto i visiting Hare Cheveolet, what our desires were and the price range that we would be looking at. They let us know that if they did not have an auto in their stock that met our requirements that they would check other dealerships to find and obtain the vehicle that did. After checking their inventory they found three (3) autos that met our desires and explained each to us. We then decided that one of the autos did meet satisfy our desires and we then were allowed to take it for a test drive and review. When we returned from the test drive we discussed pricing, trade-in of our old auto and agreed to the purchase. The paperwork was then completed and we were able to leave in our new used auto.
