We purchased our Mercury Monterrey from Chris Parker at Hare and were very pleased with every aspect of the transaction. When we test-drove the vehicle, we noticed a few seemingly small issues, which we br Hare and were very pleased with every aspect of the transaction. When we test-drove the vehicle, we noticed a few seemingly small issues, which we brought up to Chris. He agreed to have the van serviced and those issues fixed. Little did we know that these "small" issues were actually quite involved, expensive fixes. Many dealers would have gone back on their word or tried to do a cheap quick fix to save money and unload the vehicle, but not Chris. He kept his promises and made sure everything was repaired and working well. Even though I'm sure he made nothing off of this sale in the end, Chris was thorough, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. We greatly appreciated his integrity and willingness to be inconvenienced in order to make us happy. We are very pleased with our van so far and would not hesitate to refer anyone searching for a new vehicle to Chris at Hare Chevy. More

I'm graduating from Purdue a semester early, and my parents sent me to Jeff Alexander to help me pick out the best suited car for my early graduation present. I wasn't sure what to expect but the proce parents sent me to Jeff Alexander to help me pick out the best suited car for my early graduation present.
