My lease was up on my Trailblazer and I called Francis. Within twenty minutes I received a call from a finance company verifying my information and within 1 hour, I owned a new 2012 Chevrolet Cruze. We stopped by another dealer in Muncie and basically felt like we were bothering the guy. He almost seemed angry when we told him we still owed on our currant vehicle. Then we had to wait 20 mins after a test drive for the guy to come back out from the back...which we might have understood if they had more than 2 customers in the place. We then were told there was nothing he could do for us if we did not want to put any money down. We were wanting to trade our SUV for a fuel saver... the sales rep there did not want to be bothered anymore. It really upset us and we just about went home. We decided to drive to Hare and see how things went. From the moment we were approached we felt like we mattered to Jeff. We have excellent credit and were ready to buy a car... With Jeff, we never felt that he questioned our ability to make the deal. There were a lot of customers in the shop and never once did we feel unimportant. The dealership was a wonderful environment, everyone that we encountered was very nice and made us feel comfortable. I will be recommending this dealer to everyone I can.
