I bought a 2007 Chevy Impala back in November 2010. At the time, we were looking for a more reliable car that we could depend on. Our salesman was the typical stereotype - especially when it came to talk the time, we were looking for a more reliable car that we could depend on. Our salesman was the typical stereotype - especially when it came to talking to a woman. Sugar coated everything, but we thought we were getting a good deal - only about 30,000 miles on it and no real problems at the time. When we test drove it, my husband told him that the tires needed to be balanced due to a little shaking but nothing that seemed to be too bad. And when we left, we only had one keyless entry remote - and was told he would fine one and have ready for our first oil change (which never happened). Fast forward to mid-July of 2011 - and the rear tires were worn so bad that wires were sticking out and that the whole car had to be re-aligned and two new tires had to be purchased. Frustrated that I had to spend $400+ on a car that we have not even had a year and on an issue that was there from the purchase date which turned out to be more than a tire issue. I called my "Friendly" Salesman, to not only get the cold shoulder but to actually have my costly repair to be compared to a bathroom light bulb. Right then and there, I decided I will NEVER return to Hare for any future needs. After making the repair, the car ran better than before we purchased it for about three weeks. Now my car sits in my driveway, waiting for a tow truck because it will not start. It is making a strange clicking noise that seems to be controlled by the air conditioner. Now here I sit with a car that was to be more reliable than our 99 Jeep with over 250,000 miles - and turns out we are having to make costly repairs to ensure that we can keep it running. And I am beginning to think that I was sold a lemon with an expensive price tag. I now know that I will not be returning to Hare, and will discourage anyone I know from making the mistake my family did. More

We needed a vehicle and we where looking for such a long time. No dealer we visited seemed to be able to put together a deal that worked for us.
