Eric did well. He helped me find what I needed. I liked that he went to ask when he didn't have the answer. He was personable and made us feel comfortable during the process. The one negative to note is how long we were there. I believe we were there between 5-6 hours. I think the biggest delay was the lack of sufficient 'financing' personnel. I came to Hare Chevrolet because I heard they are willing to help people with less than perfect credit. Although I was still pessimistic they could help me (this was the first car I've ever financed), I made to help people with less than perfect credit. Reneau was more than helpful and very friendly. I liked that the environment was very welcoming, relaxed and I never felt pushed. I was able to drive home the Mazda I saw online, which I fell in love with as soon as I saw it.
