When my wife and I arrived to purchase her vehicle we were greated by Reneau Simpson. Mr. Simpson was professional and made my wife feel very comfortable when she asked questions about NUMEROUS vehicles. I would have said great on the price, if it had not taken so long to get to the price point that I was willing to pay. My wife had the thrill of the search, and I had the thrill of the haggle. Overall, Reneau made the event a good one. When the time, once again arises, Hare Chevrolet will be my first stop to find a new or used vehicle. This is our second NEW vehicle with Hare Chevrolet in three years and the customer service is one of the best! We told him what we wanted and he worked his magic & he came back and matched our trade-in amount plus the monthly payment was under what we had asked!! (How often does that happen?) In all the years we have purchased new cars no one has ever done that! We already take all of our other vehicles to be serviced at Hares, so we know what kind of service they give, very professional! Bryan Matthews was our finance director he was also very friendly and helpful and kept that paperwork flowing fast! We drove 2 hours because Hare had so many new Camaro's in stock , peticularly the Synergy Green - There were 3 ! However none were exactly what we were looking for, as far as options, but Bryan worked hard t stock , peticularly the Synergy Green - There were 3 !
