Rufus Brown should be commended by the dealership for exceptional customer service. He was very patient with me and listened to my wants and needs for my vehicle and found me a vehicle I love. I went to Hare Cheverolet to purchase a car, it was just time. When I pulled up Steve Salerno was standing there in front of where I pulled in. I had been having a trying week and most especially this parti time. When I pulled up Steve Salerno was standing there in front of where I pulled in. I had been having a trying week and most especially this particular day had been a challenge for me. Now that I look back probably not the best day I would have said to go car shopping. I wasn't in the most delightful mood and kind of down in a slump. I got out of my car and was greeted by a very pleasant, smiling gentleman who introduced himself to me as Steve Salerno. From the moment Steve introduced himself to me and shook my hand I began to feel better. Steve has a calming, and gentle demeanor that was settling to me in all my frustrations. Steve was very professional, and courteous, hospitable, and as I said calming. I told him I have purchased 2 cars from Hare in the past, both used cars and I didn't have not one moments problem with either, other than normal wear and tear. Steve took me right in and got straight to business, which I appreciated. He didn't hem haw around, wasting my time trying to talk me into anything, nor show me cars without knowing whether I would even be approved (I've gone through this with other dealerships total waste of time). Anyway Steve was so knowledgable about what he was doing, and his confidence, gave me the same. While we were waiting for the approval of my loan Steve and I sat and had just good conversation. I could tell this wasn't about just making a sale, Steve took the time to create a bond, and build a lasting relationship. I told Steve that I had, had a trying day he was sympathetic but I told him "Oh no thats not why I mentioned it, I just wanted to say you have truly lifted my spirits and I appreciate it". (all this occurred before the loan process was even approved). In our conversation I found that Steve and I had a lot in common, and even similar interest. I will always remember Steve Salerno, not just as my car salesman, but as a new found friend. I have as I said purchased "now" 3 cars from Hare Cheverolet, I was pleased before, but I'm now a lifer because of Steve. The next time I go to Hare Cheverolet I will not have to go in wondering who I'll be helped by like I did this time, instead of being asked as Steve did "Is there a name I can help you find", my answer was no so I guess you can! I'll be able to say yes "Steve Salerno please"!!!! I have already began referring my friends and relatives to Steve, I know I can trust him to give them the best service, that's just what kind of person he is. I must say that the I believe floor manager (who I'm sorry names escapes me right now) was the bomb, he was on top of everything, quick, accurate, professional as well, and very pleasant. He made sure I understood everything that was going on concerning, and during my loan process. Kevin I believe was the name of the gentleman that had me sign my loan papers he was awesome as well. Last but not least Allison is just a sweetie. She was thorough in explaining everything I needed to know, and all questions I asked during my tour of the dealership were answered to my satisfaction. If she didn't know the answer or was unsure about "Service" questions she took me straight to Service and I was allowed to asked my questions, and give satisfactory answers. You guys and lady, I love my new Malibu, and it is everything I wanted. I can't thank you enough. Be blessed all of you! He showed my the price to lease the new vehicle and to my surprise it was cheaper than the vehicle I was going to buy and had more options. I could tell he is a great sales rep, there were previous customers coming to see him. I would recomend him to any of my friends and family.
