I was very pleased when I went to Hare two weeks ago. Brian Eybel was very helpful with me in choosing a new car. He was very, very nice and friendly. And so was the financing guy. I forgot hir name. Overall experience was great! Sales and finance were both thorough,efficient, friendly and willing to work with my schedule. The only issue I had is I felt like I was being hit on by the sales rep. He called me "sweetie" and "honey". I loved the new car. I loved the service. I thought that Wayne Gainey did a great job working with us. The only complaint I have is that it took forever to finalize the deal. We were there for at least 4 hours. This review was not my idea but was requested by the dealership. One consideration for choosing the dealer was propinquity and the other was we had purchased an automobile from them in the past and w dealership. My wife went looking for used minivans with 3rd row seating and didn't like the dealership treatment. By chance she was heading south on 37 and saw Hare and decided to give dealers one more try. By the time she left, she had no problem convincing me to go back the next day and meet this Fernando guy. He lived up to hype. We were so pleased with, not only the service, but the respect that he showed us that we purchased a 2nd used car on the spot. He is an asset at that dealership. He not only sold us a couple of great cars, but he also treated us like friends. We will definitely be back. More
We were very happy with the overall car dealership, especially the salesman who worked with us, Wayne Gainey. The dealershiip was very busy that day and we did have to wait quite a while before seein especially the salesman who worked with us, Wayne Gainey. I was contacted by this dealer,by Kevin Richardson stating that we were gauranteed financing with this company. My wife took off three hours from work for us to go there on a Monday evening 3/28/11. W stating that we were gauranteed financing with this company. My wife took off three hours from work for us to go there on a Monday evening 3/28/11. When we arrived and asked for Kevin, we were passed off to a guy named Francis who stated he was to busy to work with us, and introduced us to another guy. This other guy got a call in the showroom, and passed us off to a guy named Moose. After talking briefly with Moose we filled out some paper work, of which we explained we did not want to keep having our credit run over and over. Moose assured us that would not happen. After sitting for 45 minutes with very little conversation we were asked to sit in the tv waiting room. We sat another 30 minutes before I finally asked to speak to a manager with the receptionist. I was told they were busy as she pointed towards them. In a glass enclosed room, were 3 men two of which were eating Steak-N-Shake, the other was legit on the phone. Moose again approached me to tell me they had sent out application to 5 creditors and were waiting on a response. I asked him why they did that? I stated we were specific we did not want that to happen. He asked me if I wanted them to stop? Of course I said. Then after leaving I called back and asked to speak to the manager in charge of the dealership, of which this Francis guy answered the phone. He stated he was the manager in charge, and I told him everything about our concerns and unhappiness. While in this dealership we received a phone call from a competitor dealership stating he just received information that we were denied financing at Hare's, and knew whom I was dealing with, and how much we had offered to put down. He then asked me to come to their dealership then to buy a car. I was very upset by this point that my information was given out no telling where. Before leaving this dealership I received a second dealer phone call stating the same as the first. Kevin Richardson lied to us on the phone several times telling me he was the finance manager and gauranteed us financing, and Francis lied to me upon me calling back upset stating he was the only manager in charge of the dealership, on site at that time. Francis became upset denying that he had given out any information about us to anyone. He then accused the salesman of doing it. The salesman did tell us we should not buy one of their buy here pay here vehicles as they have over a 100,000 miles and were not worth having. I have asked for one of the owners to call us, of which I have not received as of yet. Do not recommend anyone going there and falling for their lies. More
