I was very impressed with the service and selection of vehicles. There is a huge number of used vehicles to choose from, and the vehicles all seemed to be in good condition. After owning a couple of pre-owned autos I had decided recently it was time to buy a brand-new car once again; & having moved to the Fishers area from Chicago about 7 years ago, I had no experience with a recently it was time to buy a brand-new car once again; & having moved to the Fishers area from Chicago about 7 years ago, I had no experience with any car dealers here. I knew I wanted a new Camaro RS & after researching the car online it was time to look for a dealer, so I also checked local Chevy dealers on line. I was immediately struck by the huge selection of Camaros on hand at Hare as compared to the other dealers, & having also seen Hare's TV commericals for a while I decided to pay them a visit. My experience was nothing but positive from the moment I walked in the front door, & was met by salesman Jon Ugen; we sat down & talked about what I wanted & Jon was extremely helpful. He never tried to push me into anything but instead he really listened to me, answered my questions, & when I didn't find the exact Camaro I wanted there, he immediately got on line & searched other dealers. He found the exact model I wanted in the color & with the options I wanted, & contacted that other dealer & made the arrangements to get that car here to Hare. Three days later I was back there to buy that car & Jon delivered exactly as promised - the car is perfect! Then it was time to do all the paperwork & Jon took me to see Finance Manager Eric Griffin - I've been driving & owning cars for over 40 years now, & I can say I've never had a better experience with financing a car than I did with Eric. Eric was very pleasant, very helpful, & like Jon he never tried to push me into anything I didn't want. I've heard car dealer horror stories from friends & have had some less than positive encounters myself in the past, but my whole experience with Hare so far has been completely positive - I don't think I've ever felt so relaxed & at ease when buying a new car, & I credit Jon Ugen & Eric Griffin for that. And having been in the business world for almost 38 years now I also know that employees tend to reflect the attitudes & values of their employers, which leads me to believe that Jon & Eric are reflections of the whole Hare Chevy team & of what an excellent business & team of people they truly are. I have experienced that in the past, and it makes me want to go somewhere else to buy a car. I like that I was able to test drive the car myself with my sister-in-law without the distraction of a sales person in the car. We had more than one person check on us while we were waiting on Jeff to talk to the finance officer. Jeff and the others ask us if we needed a snack or drink. Jeff worked with the finance department for as long as it took to get me a good loan on my 2009 Hyundai Accent. The loan officer seemed very busy, but he took his time with me. My whole car shopping experiece was a good one. Jeff was great! More

I live in Papillion Nebraska. I was looking for and wanted to buy a low mileage, fully equipped C5 Corvette convertible. I found one that Hare had listed on ebay. I called the point of contact, Mike wanted to buy a low mileage, fully equipped C5 Corvette convertible. I found one that Hare had listed on ebay. I called the point of contact, Mike Tallman, and spoke with him. He provided me detailed information on the car and provided additional pictures of the car via email that I asked for. We negotiated a very good price for me for the car. Since I was buying this car sight unseen, Mike said I could refuse the car if it was not all he said it was and would return my deposit if I did not like the car when I saw it in person. The next day I flew to Indianapolis to pickup the car. The car turned out to be in better condition than I expected - I was extremely happy with my purchase. Because I lived out of state, Mike arranged an across the state border (Illinois) delivery for me so I would not have to pay Indiana sales tax (note - I still have to pay Nebraska sales tax when I register it in Nebraska), arranged for me to be picked up at the airport and driven to Illinois for the formal delivery; all of this extra service was provided at no charge to me. I want to thank Mike Tallman for being very helpful and for making the whole buying experience a very pleasant one for me and for giving me such an excellent price on the car. More
