My car had been totaled in an accident. The person that hit me has crappy insurance, it has been almost two weeks and we have yet to hear from them. I was having a hard time purchasing a vehicle because my hit me has crappy insurance, it has been almost two weeks and we have yet to hear from them. I was having a hard time purchasing a vehicle because my current car loaned had not been paid off yet. I went to see Ronnie at 10:30 am on a this past Saturday morning. I had ended up turning the claim into my own insurance company, because I needed to purchase a car, the rental was getting expensive and I needed to get back and forth to work. My insurance company had cut a check to pay off the totaled vechicle, but it had not reached the lender yet. Ronnie worked all day, she was so patient and upbeat and kept telling me,"Don't worry you will go home with the car that you love today!" While she was working on financing my husband and I actually fell in love with two vechicles, a 2008 loaded Trailblazer and a 2008 Cadillac CTS. Our credit was not the best, which I am sure made her job even more difficult. She did not give up and reassured me the whole time I would go home with my dream car. I call her a miracle worker, not only did I go home with my beautiful cadillac, my husband went home with his dream care, the loaded trailblazer. She did all of this, stayed within our budget, and we ended up have to put less down than we thought we would! She is awesome! Not only will I return to her for all my car needs, I will recomment her to all of my fiends and family! More

Dealing with Jeff was excellent, he was very knowledgeable - he worked really hard to locate a vehicle that matched our criteria. Felt I could/should have gotten more for my trade based on unso knowledgeable - he worked really hard to locate a vehicle that matched our criteria. Felt I could/should have gotten more for my trade based on unsolicited competitive quotes (but everyone probably feels that way). Vehicle could have been a little cleaner and review of the vehicle should have been done indoors since it was relatively cold out. Would go back/would recommend others shop there. Hopefully they can take our critique relative to vehicle cleanliness and presentation as lessons learned that I will observe/experience with my next purchase there. More

I started my car shopping on-line at their web site. I found a truck I was very interested, so I decided to go ahead and get the credit process started. I was contacted the very next day with an approval and asked to schedule a test drive. Unfortunately it took me two weeks to get into the dealership and as you can guess the truck was gone. I told the sales person what happened, what I wanted and what my price range was. We found a newer year truck with all the same features and less mileage for about the same price. Francis worked hard to get me the best interest rate that could be found and dropped my payments even lower than what I was expecting to pay. Francis took care of everything from start to finish and even got me a better deal than what I was expecting. More
