I knew exactly what car I wanted when I went to Hare. I did my research and found the car in several dealerships. It was basically the exact car with nearly the same mileage. I could have gotten it cheaper at a different dealership but because of the customer service I received I chose not to go to the other dealers. Jon was honest and made our visit run smoothly and fast. My husband and I have purchased many, many cars over the past 26 years. I have one major pet peeve that will turn me off from a dealership immediately~and never return. That is having a salesman talk directly to my husband and treating me as a dumb female. Jon NEVER did that. He spoke to both my husband and myself at all times. He never directed any one question to just one of us. He made sure that both of us were given the information and allowed both of us to ask questions. Jon also left us alone several times to check on the progress of the deal which allowed us to have time to discuss things among ourselves without feeling the pressure of a salesman who would never leave us alone. We went in completely prepared to walk out without a car. For us it was not necessary to get a new car. Jon and Francis met almost every condition that we gave to them concerning the financing. They listened to us and worked until they found a bank who was willing to meet our needs. Francis even took the time to discuss credit ratings with us. I have never been treated so well. Both men are assets to Hare. It was only because of these two men and how well they took care of us that we made this purchase. I will be telling everyone I know about them. More

I am a General Motors employee who was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ nearing the end of it's lease. I had been very curious about driving one of the new little Chevy Colorados, since General Mo Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ nearing the end of it's lease. I had been very curious about driving one of the new little Chevy Colorados, since General Motors began putting the V8 5.3 liter engines in them. These little trucks (with the V8) seem to be very few and far between, very difficult to find. I found on Hare Chevrolet's website that they had recently gotten two of them in, a steel green one and a little fire engine red one. I drove in unannounced the next morning to find Jeff Mosbaugh, a salesman that had been recommended to me. Jeff was simply awesome in figuring all of the different incentives and sales options available to me. I asked to drive the red Colorado, and when Jeff went to get me the keys, he found that another couple was in the process of trying to work out a purchase deal on it. My heart sank, LOL. Jeff was going to try and search for another one for me (a very slim possibility), when we saw the couple walk out of the showroom without the keys to the truck! Evidently they couldn't work out a deal, so Jeff nabbed the keys and sent me on my drive. WOW! Lets just say when GM shoe-horned a big V8 into this tiny little truck, they created a very....um...energetic little vehicle. I'm not sure how long the back tires are going to last me, LOL. I walked back into the showroom with a big grin, and told Jeff to "sign me up." Kudos to Jeff, Hare Chevrolet, and GM for getting me into one of these little monsters. I definitely recommend both Jeff and Hare. I've bought several vehicles from them, both new and used, and have been treated equally well whether I was spending $5,000 or $50,000. Jeff did an outstanding job of finding the Equinox I wanted and putting together a good deal! The biggest problem was finding the car I wanted. He worked diligently to find this car. We quickly realized the original vehicle we had considered was NOT what we would be happy with and thus a new search was required.
