I WENT TO HARE CHEVY WITH NO HOPE OF GETTIN A VEHICLE THAT I WOULD LIKE, YOU KNOW SOME PIECE OF CRAP THAT THEY DIDN'T WANT IN THEIR LOT, BECAUSE OF MY POOR CREIDT SCORE. WHEN I TALKED TO FRANCIS ON THE P THAT I WOULD LIKE, YOU KNOW SOME PIECE OF CRAP THAT THEY DIDN'T WANT IN THEIR LOT, BECAUSE OF MY POOR CREIDT SCORE. WHEN I TALKED TO FRANCIS ON THE PHONE HE MADE IT SOUND LIKE HE COULD HELP ME,BUT I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT BE FOR AND BEEN LET DOWN,BUT I SAID SCREW IT LETS GIVE IT A SHOOT. WHEN I GOT TO HARES I WAS AMAZED HOW MANY NICE CARS,TRUCKS AND SUVS THEY HAD. WHEN I MET FRANCIS HE WAS REALLY NICE AND REALLY COOL YOU KNOW LAID BACK. HE SAID THAT HE HAS BEEN WORKING REALLY HARD TO GET ME IN SOMETHING THAT I COULD BE PROUD TO CALL MINE. STILL I HAD NO HOPE. WE WENT INTO HIS OFFICE AND EVERY THING WAS ON HIS DESK, THE PROOF THAT HE HAS BEEN WORKING HARD, AND THAN HE SAID WE HAVE A SUV THAT WILL WORK. AND THAT WAS WHEN THAT STATE OF MIND CAME IN PLAY,YOU KNOW THIS MUST BE A DREAM STATE, HE TOOK ME OUTSIDE AND POINTED TO THE 2009 DODGE JOURNEY HANDED ME A SET OF KEYS AND SAID TAKE IT FOR A DRIVE. SO I GOT IN IT STARTED IT UP AND IT SOUNDED AWESOME, AND I SAID TO MYSELF, YEAH RITE,THIS HAS GOT TO BE SOME KIND OF SICK JOKE, CAUSE THIS SUV WAS PERFECT AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT AND I KNEW THAT THERE WAS KNOW WAY I WAS GOING TO GET IT. SO WHEN I GOT BACK TO HIS OFFICE HE SAID,DO YOU LIKE IT, AND OF COURSE I SAID YES. AND HE SAID ALL I NEED IS FOR YOU TO SIGN THIS PAPER AND IT IS YOURS. AND I REALLY DONT REMEMBER ANYTHING AFTER THAT. I have not purchased a new vehicle for over 20 years. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and no pressure was applied by anyone in any manner to force you to make a decision in any direction. My wife and I took a drive to see a Chevrolet Trailblazer we found advertised on the internet at Hare Chevrolet. We arrived very close to the dealerships closing time on a Friday evening. Fernando our salesman greeted us in the freezing weather and was very helpful and friendly. He offered to let us test drive the vehicle we wanted and went along for the ride. Fernando was very helpful and professional every step of the way during the purchase of this vehicle. We were pleased that the vehicle was very clean and had the oil changed and was competitively priced as well. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Tony Leak the Sales Manager during the negotiations for the vehicle. He was very courteous and friendly, and made sure that we knew that Hare Chevrolet stands behind their products and services, and would be there to help use with any future issues if they arose. Overall this dealer is OK , I think they are very busy and that sales should work with one person at a time. My experience was I set hours waiting and waiting. As far as Ronnie goes she was great she dealed with me over email to pick the car I wanted because I didnt have the time to come back in twice and set for hours again. But I think if there is anything I could have changed it would have been more private help with sales people working and finishing one person at a time. When your coming in to buy a car I think your worth having time spent with you as a Individual not as a group. More

I had been needing a newer vehicle for some time, but my credit was horrible.
