I live in Lake St. Louis, MO. and purchased a Malibu from Hare. Because of the out of state purchase we had many issues that could have caused a deal disaster. We love our Malibu and would deal with Hare again. The 600 mile round trip to Hare from Lake St. Louis may seem odd, but we wanted a specific car and a specific deal. Jeff Alexander put the whole thing together and kept us constantly informed by phone or email at every step of the process. The customer never had to guess what was happening. Great job. I went on a Saturday Oct 23rd, Hare was extremely busy. Fernando was dealing with multiple people trying to accomodate everyone, and did with a smile on his face. Although, Fernando had to wait patiently on us to provide all the information we needed to provide to him the experience was good and is why we keep coming back to Hare. I was in need of a car. A friend suggested giving Hare a call becasue they help people with bad credit. Sent a eamil the next day and got a email reply and phone call from Judie on that Saturday. He told me I will have a car that day. I'm thinkig to myself yeah right. I filled out a online application and 15 mins later Kevin called and said I was approved. So I went in and spoke to him and he gave me Francis as my salesman. He ran my credit and said I can get a car today. He looked at 6 different cars for me. At first he looked at new Malibu. But, they were out of my price range. Then he looked at used cars and found some in the price I needed. Test drove two of them and found the one I liked. I could afford it and it drove and looked good. My friend was also impressed with how he worked in getting me into a car. Usually you spend all day in a dealership and not get what you want but, what they want to give to you. Everyone involved with getting me into the Malibu did a great job in making feel like they wanted me as a customer. Saying hello, opening doors and in general being friendly. My friend, myself and a couple of other friends I told will be back to purchase cars from Hare. More

I had complicated credit history; I was treated with fairness and respect. They made the process go as smoothly and quickly as possible.
