Although the vehicles I had found online were already sold before I went in, I'm happy, for the most part, with the vehicle I purchased. It doesn't have all of the options I would have liked to have gott sold before I went in, I'm happy, for the most part, with the vehicle I purchased. It doesn't have all of the options I would have liked to have gotten, but I can live without them. I liked the fact that I was able to find out if I was approved for a loan BEFORE looking at the inventory and getting my heart set on a vehicle and then being told I couldn't get it. Ronnie was very friendly and helpful, but I will have to say I didn't care for her taking phone calls from and working with other customers while I was sitting at her desk with her trying to get my purchase taken care of. I was very impressed with getting the guided tour of the dealership showing me where all of the departments were located and the free gifts I was given. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and while I was waiting to see Ronnie I had several other staff members ask if I had been helped. Also, I had gone in to purchase a used vehicle and ended up getting a new vehicle which means more peace of mind for me without much of an increase of the amount of the vehicle payments I am used to making. This was my very first time leasing a car and Mr. Mosbaugh was VERY informative and VERY helpful. He gave me both the pros and cons to leasing vs. buying. When I first started looking at cars, I stopped at a few other dealerships before Hare. At every other dealership, the salesman were all kind of pushy and made me feel very rushed....I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like just a big dollar sign. At Hare, I experienced the exact opposite. Mr. Mosbaugh made me feel very comfortable and I did not feel rushed at all. We had a limited budget and Mr. Mosbaugh did everything in his power to get me into a brand new car that kept me within my budget. I did stop one time when Mr. Mosbaugh was not there and Mr. Kirkpatrick helped me out. He offered great customer service and was very friendly. I saw him around the dealership a couple of other times and he always asked how I was doing. The entire staff at Hare was very friendly and they made me feel very welcome. I remember at one point, Mr. Mosbaugh stated he didn't just want me to be a one time customer...he wanted me to be a lifelong customer. With the exceptional customer service I received, I will definitely be back to Hare. More

He advocated for me in getting the terms I was looking for. He also did a great job of educating me on the features of my new Traverse. He gave me a tour of the facility so that I would know where to go if I had any concerns. Buying a new vehicle is an exciting experience, but Jeff's attention to detail made my experience even better.
