The van we purchased was way too much for the miles on it, however we needed a new vehicle and couldnt wait. We didnt get to test drive it, had to bring it back for new brakes. It needs new tires but you refused to have them put on there. It has had problems already as far as the engine making weird noises and we have only had it 2 weeks. Our saleman Francis was never truthful. Always told us opisite of what was really going on with our loan and the vehicle itself. He never stayed in the room and actually talked to us for more then 2 minutes at a time, then would disappear for 15 mins, leaving us sitting there waiting. I WILL NOT recommend this dealer, nor will i EVER return!!!! More

The car I was interested in from the website was being Demo'd (driven) by one of the Sales Managers, but Ronnie got on the phone and he had the car at the dealership in 10 minutes with an apology for any dust on it. I would recommend her to my friends and family without hesitation. No worries of hidden surprises. Carfax was pulled and Ronnie went over it with us. As for the dealership itself, it was nice to see the proud history of Hare Chevrolet on their walls and was comforting to know that it started out as a wagon-maker in the mid 1800s and remains in the family to this day. An exhaustive, yet friendly salesperson, family-owned, community-dedicated dealership, thorough cleaning on delivery and a tank of gas to boot! Perfect! The only negative my wife noticed was that the popcorn machine was empty since it was the end of the evening. Oh well, two bags the next time....when we buy that Corvette! More
