My husband and I were in the market for a good used vehicle, but we live In Marion , IN and there were not a lot of options for us so we chose to look out of town. We started out the buying process with a competitor dealership, they made promises that they were unable to follow through with. It was a very frustrating experience to say the least, and I started to take it as a sign we were not supposed to buy at this time, but it ended up becoming a huge blessing in disguise. We stopped in to look at what Hare Auto had to offer and Fernando Roman was there to greet us almost immediately, and was extremely helpful. He asked us what our wants/needs were when it came to buying a Tahoe and contact number to let us know if anything would come in. I’m pretty hard to please nor will I settle for anything less then what I want so at this point we moved on assuming that we were not going to find anything that day. With 12 hours I received a call from Fernando letting us know he found our truck at the price we wanted to stay within. Of course I was skeptical but thought what do I have to lose…so we drove back down to check it out. This truck was EVERYTHING I wanted and MORE! Ty is the best salesman I could ever work with!! If you are in search of a vehicle I highly recommend Ty. I told him I was going to hold off and if anything became available to please call me and the next afternoon he called me to let me know that they just got a 2009 Traverse and he thought that I would really like it, which I did and did purchase the vehicle from him. I have as well as my other family members bought cars from Ty and he is a very honest,fair salesman. I will not work with anyone else other than Ty. Everyone is very nice and professional at Hares but I am very comfortable with dealing only with Ty. He always goes above and beyond what is expected of him and I truly feel that he is a great asset to Hares. I have never dealt with a car salesman that remembers things about your family as well as your likes and dislikes in a vehicle but I have found this in Ty and it is a great feeling to know that he goes out of his way to do the best he can possibly do for you.
