I traveled from Kansas City to Indy to purchase my new Tahoe. First off, transportation was arranged to pick my wife and I up. Secondly, we were immediately greeted by Ty, our salesman who made the purchasing process seamless. Paper work, finance, car assistance, etc. was completed in an unbelievable time period per our request- big thanks!! Lastly, this whole process was arranged by Jason who actually wanted our business unlike many other dealers even in our hometown. In conclusion, we left Indianapolis very happy with going 500 miles out of our way to purchase with Hare. We now can see why they've been in business for so long!!! More

Enjoyed working with Bryan Mathews and Vince Gainey. They were both very friendly and helpful.Actually we did not go there to buy a car. But before we left that day we DID! This by far was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He ensured I had all the accessories that were supposed to come with my truck, even "borrowing" from another so that my wait was shorter. I had arranged financing prior to coming up to see you, but you guys saved me enough money with your financing to more than pay for the extended warrenty. Can't beat that! I started my search on Hare Chevy's website, I was contacted by Wayne and he got the pricing I wanted. Wayne was terrific to work with, he was very courteous and very easy to work with. I contacted him the next day and asked him to get the paper work ready, he had everything waiting on me when I got there. He cleaned the car and made sure it was filled up before I left. I think Hare Chevrolet did everything a reasonable person could ask for and possibly even a bit more. Writting this the day after my purchase, I have to say I am very pleased with everything so far. I found a few similar vehicles with slightly lower price tags, but not one of those dealers were willing or able to provide me with the "intangibles" that I received from Hare! They were determined to find the best fit for me and my family. Francis wasn't just interested in selling me a vehicle, he tried to "offer" me a vehicle that fit what I was looking for. I think that approach makes me feel great about doing business with the professionals at Hare! I will do future business with them for sure! More
