I have been dealing with Ty for 3 years now. I bought my first car, and 2007 HHR with Ty in 2007. He is a great sales associate. I just recently purhased a 2004 Venture with Ty, again he was astounding in first car, and 2007 HHR with Ty in 2007. He is a great sales associate. We recently bought a Traverse at Hare Chevrolet and we were impressed with the buying experience there. We had bought another car last year at another dealer and felt like they were disrespectful and gree were impressed with the buying experience there. Fantastic experience overall. We stopped at the dealership after hours one evening through the week and Jon came over to briefly chat with us about the Cobalt and gave us his card. From the moment my wife and I met Mr. Tallman at Hare Chevrolet we knew he would be our guy to find us the perfect used vehicle. There was no pressure from Mike. You know the kind of pressure that gives you the schlickster sleazy feeling as we had experienced at other dealerships just get us into any ride that fits their agenda. He listened to our needs and wants in a vehicle and then went to work to find a great vehicle within our budget. That was no easy task as I wanted Sporty (Camaro, Challenger, etc) and the wife wanted luxury (CTS, 7 Series, Lexus etc.) and the budget was dictating Yugo or Schwinn! Whenever he would come across a vehicle that met our stated objectives he would give us a call to come down and take a look at it.....sometimes even before it hit the sales lot. After seriously looking at about 4 or 5 cars we selected a beautiful SAAB 93 and could not be happier. This car rocks! Mike, in our opinion, went out of his way to make sure we ended up with a vehicle that met our needs, wants and stayed within the budget. My wife and I bought a 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe a few months ago and got a great deal on it. We worked with Reneau Simpson who was an excellent salesman. He went above and beyond to negotiate for us and even went out of his way to get us brand new headphones for our DVD player. There were some minor blemishes (dents and dings) that needed repaired on the vehicle and after the repair the end result is perfect; it looks brand new again! Communication is not as fast as I would like and the loaner vehicle was nothing “comparable” to our vehicle like we were originally told. Overall we had a VERY good experience and I would recommend Hare Chevrolet and Reneau Simpson to anyone looking for a good deal on a quality vehicle. More

Fernando was able to get me out of a vehicle that was more than I could handle and able to get me into one that fit my needs and my wallet, even with my "special needs" he was able to get the job done for me!
