He was very knowledgeable and even though I came in to look at the GMC Sierra that I wound up purchasing, Joe made sure to show me a few other attractive options as well. Service I needed oil change, my rear windshield wiper changed and my headlights were out. He told me that I might have to reschedule for electrical issues. Later I received a message with suggestions to replace my front wiper blades not the rear one that was clearly missing a part and needed to be changed. After they changed the oil he came and get me for payment. I asked about the headlights he said that they didn’t see any problem with it. Really? I went straight to autozone. They took both headlights out. They were both out. I bought 2 new ones from them and the whole thing was about 5 mn. I know you guys are better than this. More
Good bad and ugly Sales great, service good, ugly is we are being buckled and dimed on our purchase. When we brought it in for timing chain repair, they told us the spark plugs need replaced. Owners manual reads that should be done at 100,000 miles. We bought it with 102,000 already on it so that should have been done BEFORE it was placed for sale. Next service was for piston replacement. Then we were told brakes were down to 1/3 life and the exhaust regulator was bad as well. We have only put 10,000 miles on it so you can't tell me we burned brakes that hard and the exhaust pipe rusted thru in less than 6 months. The inspection failed on this one from the service department other than a quick vacuum, some tire shine and a engine clean. We have bought other vehicles from other places that were more buy here pay here that had a better pre sale inspection. Sorry, but this is making me run for. Hare on buying another vehicle, or GM as far as that goes. More

Great and easy Service! I went in on a Thursday to test drive a 2018 Tahoe. I was immediately greeted and assisted by Fernando.
