I think Hare Chevrolet did everything a reasonable person could ask for and possibly even a bit more. Writting this the day after my purchase, I have to say I am very pleased with everything so far. Yes, Reneau greeted us from the start. We told him what we were interested in and that we had seen it advertised on the website. He know exactly were the vehicle was on the lot and let us look at our leisu we were interested in and that we had seen it advertised on the website.
