My husband and I came to Hare looking for a great deal. With the economy being the way it is our income is very limited. Our sales persons name was Ronnie Meyers she is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! After meeting Monica in late May/early June, I decided that I should give Hare a shot at my business since I needed a new vehicle. He was friendly and most of all, patient, with me as I looked through various vehicles, ran the insurance quotes for the cars, and test drove several of them. Then when on a fixed budget, I was having trouble working out a payment I was confident I could afford, they gave me MORE than a fair price on my trade-in to make my new vehicle affordable. After over a month of shopping, test-driving, and working out the finances, I'm happy to say that I now have a new car thanks to the wonderful people at Hare! Our salesman did a great job and we would recommend him to others. He was informative, energetic, and helpful. He made us feel very comfortable and was very attentive. However, after we purchased the truck and they cleaned and buffed it, it left swirl marks on the truck. Also, the tire low light was on when we bought the truck. After service looked at the truck they said the light will stay on because the tires are not the original tires. Find this hard to beleive. For what we paid for the truck we should not have to see low tires and the light on all the time. More

Ronnie Myers was so good working with us in spite of us having less than perfect credit and in spite of us looking at a car that was a bit unusual for a Chevy dealer to have on their used lot. (Toyota Prius Hybrid) She spent several hours with us and stayed WAY past her time to go home so we could get the deal we could afford and drive the car home that evening. By the time we drove off the lot we felt like old friends and she even gave my wife and I a hug. We normally cringe at the thought of car shopping and putting up with car sales "tactical games" but this experience was definitely an exception. I felt like our sales rep was there to help us find what we needed and wanted not the other way around like so many other dealers. Now we have the car we love at a payment that fits our budget. I had a great experience. I was sent a 4 yr ann. cert. I also received a call wishing me a Happy Birthday. I decided to see if I could get a new car with a price that I could afford. I did. Wayne 1st f I also received a call wishing me a Happy Birthday. I decided to see if I could get a new car with a price that I could afford. I did. Wayne 1st found a place that would take my loan & give me a great rate. I had told him that I wanted a Cobalt. I thought that since this was less expensive, it might fit in what I could afford. We then took a test ride. It felt great on the road. I decided that I did want that. He then was going after the cheapest car to keep my payments down. When he found that cruise, power windows & locks were important to me, he stopped looking for the cheapest & pick the car that I wanted, Red with cruise, power windows & Lock. The people around him who helped with the finances, like Bryan, found a way to make it work with not even a $10 increase in payment. I was very appreciative. I definitely needed a new car. I ended up getting more than I bargain for. I have OnStar & Bluetooth, xm,& Luxar coating already in my car that I wanted but didn't expect to get. Plus I got the gap insurance & the 100,000 mile warranty. I am very thankful. Hare has always been there with my other vehicle. I knew because of that, if I was going to get a deal, they would give me the best deal. I feel that I got that. More
