My wife and I had to get another vehicle-our Jeep was on its last leg. Our salesman-Moose Benli was very courteous and helpful-he let us look around and wasn't pushy at all! I would also like to thank Kevin Cunningham for all of his efforts-our credit wasn't very good and he was able to get us financing with a great rate. It would have been very easy for him to just get us financed with whoever he wanted-we would have had to take it-we needed the car that bad-but instead, he searched all avenues and got both our names on the credit applicaton-which will help us both re-establish our credit. Our shopping experience with Hare was very nice and we will be back-thanks again!! More

THEY REALLY DIDN'T FIND THE EXACT TRUCK I WANTED. IT HAD 588 MILES ON IT WHICH I WASN'T HAPPY ABOUT THEY SAID THEY HAD TO PICK IT UP AND THAT' WHY IT HAD THE MILES. BUT I FOUND OUT LATER THEY GOT IT FROM A 588 MILES ON IT WHICH I WASN'T HAPPY ABOUT THEY SAID THEY HAD TO PICK IT UP AND THAT' WHY IT HAD THE MILES. BUT I FOUND OUT LATER THEY GOT IT FROM A DEALER THAT WAS CLOSER THAN 588 MILES. THE BOTTOM LINE IS I WASN'T HAPPY WITH THE TRUCK BUT I WAS SO FAR INTO IT I HAD TO TAKE IT. I DO TAKE THE BLAME FOR THAT. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN THE TRUCK. I CALLED CHEVROLET TO LET THEM KNOW AND THE LADY THERE SAID THEY SHOULD TAKE THE TRUCK BACK. I CALLED THE SALESMAN TO SEE IF HE COULD DO SOMETHING. I LEFT A MESSAGE AND HE DID NOT CALL BACK. I CALLED AGAIN THE NEXT DAY AND HE PRETTY MUCH TOLD ME TOO BAD NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME. HE SAID HE WOULD CHECK INTO IT AND CALL ME BACK TO LET ME KNOW EITHER WAY BUT OF COURSE DID NOT. SO NOW I HAVE A TRUCK I AM NOT HAPPY WITH AND I WILL DEFININATELY NOT BE GOING BACK TO HARE CHEVROLET. I HAVE BOUGHT A NEW TRUCK EVERY THREE YEARS SINCE 2004. I AM AND HAVE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER TO CHEVY. THIS WAS NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. More
