I went to other dealerships that sent me letters in the mail telling me that I was already pre-approved and when I got got me the car that I wanted. I am writing today to express my gratitude to Hare Chevrolet and especially Wayne Gainey. I have bought many cars from Wayne over the years, probably up to 9 or 10 now because of his personal attentio Chevrolet and especially Wayne Gainey. I have bought many cars from Wayne over the years, probably up to 9 or 10 now because of his personal attention to my needs. I called Wayne to see where he was now since he had left his previous dealership. Even though Hare Chevrolet is an hour away from my home,I made the drive so I could work with Wayne on the purchase of a new vehicle. I explained to Wayne what I was looking for and why and he went to work immediatly on showing me the options I had to fit my budget, gas mileage needs and financing options. To make a long story short, we quickly found the car that fit my needs and began the purchase. Now this all sounds normal but this is where Wayne seperates himself from the others. I signed all the paperwork, took possesion of the car, Wayne helped me transfer my belongings and set up my Bluetooth and On-Star all during a pretty good rain. The next day Wayne called me with good news, even though the deal was signed, sealed and delivered, he had kept working for me. He informed me he was able to get better financing for me, 2% less. This exhibited extraordinary effort and service. This is why I have bought so many vehicle from Wayne and will continue to do so. Wayne, Thank you so much for your efforts! Good experience with the sales staff. Impressed that he was answering questions about new cars on a Sunday afternoon during football season!! Not impressed with the long wait for the car order. I came to this dealership looking for a reasonably priced reliable used car, what I got was not nowhere near that. Jeff was very friendly and helpful in locating me a car within my price range, however, it c reliable used car, what I got was not nowhere near that. He assured me this would be no problem as they would thoroughly check it out and fix any problems with it and clean it for me before I picked it up. The night I signed papers I went home and looked up the price of the car on the internet and it was 1300 cheaper on their website, he refused to honor that price stating some mumbo jumbo about how the internet automatically prices the cars before they do. When I finally pick up my car, it is on E, and only one of the key fobs works. So I stop at the gas station and fill it up. Maybe five minutes into my drive home the power steering goes out and as soon as I hit 55 the car shakes and shimmies badly. I make a call to Jeff who assures me that even though the service dept is out now (it was Saturday) it will be taken care of first thing on Monday. So Monday morning I drive back down to the dealership and sit for an hour and a half when they come out and tell me that it needs a new pump and they will pay for part of it but I will have to pay for the rest? What? If this car had been checked out thoroughly as promised they would've found this problem. And by the way it is shaking because you need new tires and that will be another $500!! So a little arguing later they will go ahead and pay for the pump but I'm on my own with everything else. So then I wait another hour at the dealership and then drive another 45 minutes back home in which I find out that the CD player in the car is messed up as well. Overall my worst experience with a dealership ever. I find it ironic because I look down and the mat they put in to protect my floor mat says "the customer is the most important thing in the world to us" haha....I think not!! More

Wow what an experience!! I located the vehicle I thought I wanted through the internet and Hare Chevrolet had one in Noblesville. I had never dealt with this company before, but they made me feel like a VIP I wanted through the internet and Hare Chevrolet had one in Noblesville. I had never dealt with this company before, but they made me feel like a VIP customer. The salesman [Wayne Gainey] was very knowledgable of the vehicles and was an excellent listener. He got me an excellent deal. After making the deal they gave me the "grand tour" of the dealership and I was referred to the Finance Director [Bryan Matthews]. I took the GM rebate instead of the 0% interest rate and Bryan was able to get me a loan at a 3.89% interest rate saving me even more money. The service dept. took the window stickers off and washed my new Tahoe while we were doing the paperwork. I recommend this dealership. They will be my first choice for my next vehicle. More

I had been car shopping for two and a half weeks by the time I reached Hare Chevrolet. I don't mind telling you I was mad as a hornet's nest by the time I met Francis. I had been to several dealerships around Indianapolis. When I started, I already pre-approval from a major financer that they all deal with and yet they ran my credit score into the ground assuring me that they could get me a better offer. Additionally, various and sundry salesmen told me things that were not true about vehicles and about procedure but that is the way of many sales people. It wasn't like I didn't expect some shenanigans but from start to finish the other guys were problematic. I was at the end of my patience when I met Francis. I told him what happened over the prior weeks of shopping. I told him what I was looking for in a car and a deal. Francis took my needs and matched them with the Hare Chevrolet inventory and in a day I was in the car I wanted for the price I needed with no hassle but more importantly with gracious and friendly deportment that was truthful. There is nothing that could have been done to raise my level of satisfaction. It is as high as it could possibly be. More
