We went to Hare Chevrolet looking for a used truck under $15,000. Wayne approached us in the car lot, greeted us, and asked if he could help us. The second/rear seat was roomy, the interior was immaculate, and the truck even had a bed topper. Plus, the price was in our range. We took a test drive around the block and decided that this was the vehicle we needed. So Wayne allowed us to take the truck home to get the Cavalier that we were going to trade in. This allowed us to further test drive the truck. Upon returning with the Cavalier, we were ready to wait for a long time. Our previous car buying experiences often would stretch for 1-3 hours. However, this time we waited about 40 minutes. Wayne came back to use numerous times to make sure we were comfortable or to see if we needed anything. He never stood still! The financial man, Francis, was also very courteous and pleasant. The "numbers" for the car were acceptable, and the trade-in for the Cavalier was good. Hare's website is awesome in that it allows customers to shop online and to get detailed information about their vehichles especially all of the different views (pictures) of the interior and exterior of the vehichles. Seeing all of the information online allowed me to prepare ahead to expedite things once I visited the show room. The customer service staff was very professional and friendly on the phone and the staff greeted me at the door and opened the doors for me, every time I went in and out. I could tell it was part of the culture in this organization. Lucas Duran gave me a tour and was very friendly, professional, and informative about the support I would receive now and in the future. Finally, Mark Martinez was outstanding. He instantly put me at ease,treated me with dignity and respect and helped me make an informed decision.
