This was the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I drove 2 hours one way just to deal with them and it was well worth the drive. The people were great to work with both sales and management. Great service all the way around. My previous vehicle was totaled in an accident. Left with choice vehicle the same day. Choice of vehicles was fairly nice. Did not feel forced into any ol' vehicle. Although, I was a little disappointed that I was not told that the vehicle I chose only had one key (due to it being a trade in) until after I signed the paperwork causing me to be unable to negotiate a second key beforehand. The salesman, Francis, has promised me a second key after a phone call from my husband. I hope this happens. I've been duped before (Victory Honda, Muncie) because I didn't get it in writing and trusted my salesman. I am still giving the salesman and the dealership five stars (and the benefit of doubt) because Francis seems to be an honest guy. I am hopeful he will follow through with my key. Reccomendation to others? Most likely. More

Jon Ugen was a wonderful salesman that worked very hard in getting us what we wanted and making sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We drove an hour and a half to look at a car that had just sold minutes before we arrived.
